The company, Spiral Icon Holdings (Pty) Ltd (SIH), was formed in the year 2018. It is a 100% Citizen owned Company. It holds a trading agency license and is registered at PPADB for the relevant codes.

We are a start-up but in the short duration we've been in business, we have built a credible reputation of excellence in quality, reliability, service, and support as a major supplier of General supplies, Stationery, Office Furniture, Digital Equipment, IT Products and Solutions, Food supplies, branded merchandise, and more. SIH is a premier one-stop solution provider for all Office, School, and Business needs, offering a broad spectrum of products in Botswana. SIH provides sales and services in Gaborone and plans to open offices in Francistown and Palapye. To date, it has more than 25 customers. While the Pandemic restricted its envisaged growth, SIH is focused to create a niche for itself with a dedicated workforce whose primary focus is Customer Service and Satisfaction. The Company intends to disrupt the computer manufacturing space with plans to set up a laptop assembly plant and various other small manufacturing plants in stationery supplies between 2023-2026. This will create jobs in the economy and also bring sustainability to the company.

We also have private companies that we supply to such as Harvest Enterprises, Nyangabwe Publishers, Trinity farms among others.

SIH has various local partnerships and reseller agreements in stationery, Office equipment, IT and Computers, and food and cleaning industries to sell their products. Apart from these, SIH has a strong network in other countries and can import various supplies which are not manufactured in Botswana.
